We understand that plans can change.
Our refund policy is outlined below:

Full Refund:
Cancellations made on or before May 15 will receive a full refund of all registration fees.

50% Refund:
Cancellations made between May 16 and May 25 (3–4 weeks before camp begins) will receive a 50% refund.

25% Refund:
Cancellations made between May 26 and June 7 (2–3 weeks before camp begins) will receive a 25% refund.

No Refunds:
Cancellations made on or after June 8 (1 week or less before the camp start date of June 15) are not eligible for a refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
